Description of the problem | We bought a 2013 chevy tahoe in jan 2016 with just under 30,000 miles with certified warranty. My dash started cracking at the driver side and at the passenger front dash airbag, we took it back to franklin chevrolet in statesboro, ga. Well under 48,000 miles to let them know what is going on, the service manager [xxx] told my husband that the dash was not covered under the warranty and did not ask to look at it to see if it was something that needed to be addressed. I have seen several cases on these issue, i'd like to have the problem taken care of before it cracks more and the airbag start having issues since it's cracking at the dash where the airbag is at, it's making noises every time i drive down the road and pretty sure it's only going to get worse over time.
