Description of the problem | Have a 2015 chevy tahoe ltz with only 35,000 miles on it. The vehicle started riding super rough, felt like it had no shocks when going over bumps or potholes. I took it to a local shop to have it looked at. Their mechanic said it looked like both rear shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. I dd not believe them as the vehicle only had 35,000 miles on it. Took it to a certified chevy dealer and they told me the same thing. Of course, they said it was not covered under warranty. Come to find out, after looking at several forums, this is a common issue with the magnetic ride suspension in the high trim package tahoes and yukons and yet gm will not cover them under warranty. |
