Description of the problem | My a/c condenser stopped working on 07/03/2017. I took my truck in to the dealer where i leased the truck, auto nation of pembroke pines, fl. I was promised the part will be in 3-7 days, it is now 3 weeks, i have spoken to upper level management and i called the manufacture gm. I must say, customer service has been pissed poor. I never received a call from senior management at gm. I was told by my senior advisor at the dealer that the condenser was shipped but it is only available to law enforcement officers. This is a truck i only had for two years. I just found out the 2015 tahoe is the worse model year with complaints. I am very disappointed with gm. |
