Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 chevrolet traverse. The contact stated that while driving at 70 mph, the vehicle stalled with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was also experienced at various speeds. The contact was able to restart the vehicle from a jump start. The vehicle was taken to several unknown mechanics to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the diagnostic trouble code determined a failure with the crankshaft sensor. The contact was also informed that the timing chain needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
