Description of the problem | The brakes have never been fixed even though they said (there times) that they have been replaced. There is a leak in the suspension, struts, cv/u joints, oil leaks, and possibly the coolant. The alignment is off even though the dealership stated they fix the alignment, but they can't if there's a leak they wouldn't be able to properly fix it. The check engine light has never gone off even though they said they fixed it but said they could not replicate the issue. Even though everything was supposed to be covered under warranty they no longer return our calls even when we go down there, they're not available to talk to us about the warranty. It was never disclosed to us that this was a previous rental vehicle. Now the brakes make sounds while we drive and while pressing down the whole vehicle shakes. |
