Description of the problem | As we pulled up in the 2014 chevy traverse around 2 o'clock in the morning my father shifted into park and tried to turn the car off and pull the key as he did that the key would not come out the ignition and we tried multiple times then we called on star then they transferred us to chevy roadside, they couldn't find a solution so they told us to remove the key fob and cover the dashboard we took it to the shop the next day and we were supposed to get it back yesterday but guess what, the [xxx] key got stuck again, when he was trying to show us the remote start.
