Description of the problem | The car has started to do a shimmy and then the car completely turns off and won't start again. There is always gas in the car, and the oil is changed regularly. The car has been taken to a local repair shop to address the issue. I was told that there is a small electrical connection box under the gas tank that was filled with dirt and getting poor contact. The small box was cleaned out and electric conductive gel was used. The car didn't have a problem for about 9 days and then it started to do the same thing as before. It has turned off mostly when the vehicle is moving. The latest time this happened was 11/6/2018 |
