Description of the problem | While driving along at highway speeds unexpectedly get error messages, service traction control, service stabilitrak, traction control is off, engine power is reduced. Now instead of reducing engine to 3 cylinders the engine is completely turned off. This is very dangerous if this happens in highway traffic as there is no power to maneuver the car onto the shoulder. I have been told by chevrolet repair center that this is due to a short in the electrical system. Not sure if this is related to nhtsa campaign id: 14v614000. 0 |
