Description of the problem | This letter is in regards to a complaint i have for a recall on belts for my 2014 chevrolet traverse. I went to the location, friendly chevrolet located on 35hwy and inwood rd. The service advisors at this location declined to give me any paperwork in reference to taking/inquiring to getting the recall resolved. This location declined to fix and resolve the recall concern. They stated, due to not having the part and didn't know the time for delivery for the part and not having a car rental they denied the service. He also failed to offer or review any other options to resolve the recall. Recall- 14187 thank you! |
