Description of the problem | My side detection modules went. The dealership could not get me in for 3 weeks. 3 weeks later i have no electrical power including sporadic headlights, and blinkers. I have no air bags. The parts were on back order. Now its been 6 weeks now. I decide to call chevrolet customer care. I was told since i am out of warranty they can do nothing for me. That i should go rent a car out of my own pocket till the parts come in someday. They do not care if i am safe since i have no warranty?!?!?! This side detection module is a danger and a safety issue and should be recalled and chevrolet should be offering everyone involved a rent a car till they can fix the issue. Its a great feeling to know chevrolet doesn't care at all about your safety!!! |
