Description of the problem | When placing vehicle in park - system error reports vehicle is not in park and will not allow car to be properly turned off. Took vehicle into chevrolet dealership with expensive part replaced and error has come up again not allowing owner to turn off vehicle due to error of vehicle not in park when gear shifter is in park. Corrected and then error returned within 4wks. Googled with known error occurring however no recall and concern for safety that vehicle will not properly turn off and does not recognize parked position of gear shifter. |
