Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2019 chevrolet traverse. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would independently and intermittently brake as the abs, power steering, traction control, and parking brake warning lights would illuminate on the instrument panel. The contact had taken the vehicle to dick wickstrom chevrolet (555 e irving park rd, roselle, il 60172) where the vehicle remained for over a month. The dealer had yet to duplicate the failure and had offered to return the vehicle to the contact unrepaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that a diagnostic team would be sent to the dealer to have the vehicle inspected. The contact was then informed that the diagnostic team was also unable to diagnose or duplicate the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 11,000. |
