Description of the problem | Was driving on my way to work and when i turned into the parking lot of the school i heard a loud pop and it sounded like i had ran over a stick, however, when i got out and looked there was nothing under my car or in the parking lot around my car even. I took it to my local dealer and they found that the sway bar had broken in half. This is going to be a $2,000+ repair for a solid piece of metal that shouldn't snap into like a twig. This is very unsafe and could have been extremely dangerous if i had been driving anywhere else except for the school where i was going slow. |
