Description of the problem | With only 62,000 miles the rear differential has a crack in the side of the casing. This issue leads to the complete drainage of the differential fluid. This is an issue in multiple chevy trax models. It has potential to seize the differential and cause a loss of control of the vehicle. This particular issue was found while driving and a loud noise was coming from the rear differential. |
