Description of the problem | I bought a used 2015 chevy trax in nov 2019. One oil change into my trax in feb 2020 the paint started bubbling and coming off in the snow in my driveway sitting! Then more started coming off. I now have 2 spots on the back hatch and both sides of the hood. I live in wi. The dealership would pay1/2 of the touch up or i could trade it in and then have a vehicle payment. I paid almost 13,000. For it. Because the covid 19 struck i had to wait causing my vehicle to apparently loose 1/2 of what i paid for it! Dealership offered me 6thousand! I contacted gm and was told after some phone calls that gm would pay for it... Then my case was given to someone else and the offer was taken back. |
