Description of the problem | I am not able to turn off my 2017 chevy volt. I just got it used last fall (2019) and have had it less than1 year. When i hit the on/off button my car states shift to park although i am in park. It started out only happening here and there in feb 2020 and now its almost every time i drive my car. It's only gotten worse. This is dangerous as my car has to just be left on at times in my garage or at work since cant sit and wait for for it to wan to shut off. . In order to fix it will cost me almost 1k and this issue just happens to start right after the warranty expired. I have seems so many other volt owners ( hundred is not thousands) with the same issues and ready many forums discussing this issue. I'm shocked this hasn't been recalled yet. |
