Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 chrysler 200. While driving approximately 20 mph and making a right or left turn, the power steering became difficult to maneuver. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the power steering failed and needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. In addition, while driving 50 mph, the vehicle decelerated and stalled. The contact was able to coast into a parking lot. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the alternator failed, which caused the battery to fail. Both the alternator and battery needed to be replaced.
