Description of the problem | Bought care used from the dealer 9 months ago and at approx. 52,000 miles the check engine light and traction control light came on while driving. The car decelerated to 30mph and lost all throttle control. Luckily i could pull over and get out of traffic and when i stopped the engine shuttered violently then cut off. This could have been fatal if it happened on the interstate. Had to restart the car over a dozen times to get it home. Finally got it to the shop and they have replace the throttle body and computer. Still at the shop and the issue is still not resolved. The bill is almost $600 and i don't have a working car . After doing research i see this is the same issue that happens to this car. Chrysler really needs to recall all of these cars and refund all money so we can buy a car that runs and will not potentially kill someone. |
