Description of the problem | Ive been havng problems with my vehicle since i first purchased. The car slips gears and takes off and stagger while on highway. Ive made several attempts to have problem fixed by chrysler. I was told that the transmission doesn't match with software and chrysler is looking to fix issue in the future. Thecar feels really unsafe. After doing research, i also noticed that this car was sold to me way above price that was offered to others. I also feel that the contract is no longer valid as the car dealership requested a certain amount to pay off my trade in. I later found that the amount was nearly $300 less than the requested amount. I was told that any excess fund will be released to me. Its been over a year and i have yet to receive the refund. |
