Description of the problem	My chrysler 200 had been recalled mid 2015 for a glitch in their computer system that required all chrysler, dodge, ram, and fiat vehicles with the 8. 4 screen to have a chip sent out and installed by self to update and instill security to those cars. In january of 2016 i was involved in a collision in my chrysler 200. My entire front end was knocked off as i was awaiting a turn in a center lane on a city street. My engine dropped and all fluids were expelled from this vehicle, my air bags did not deploy. When i called concerned about it i was told that my vehicle was tested with a hand device in a junk yard and that i had not been hit hard enough or in the right place for them to deploy. I could not believe due to the force and damage done but was still told by a chrysler representative that there was no malfunction with the air bags. The car was a total loss but was resold to a dealership in cincinnati, oh and put up for sale. I am still receiving notifications about the car due to uconnect and is very concerned about this same vehicle being sold and put on the road.
