Description of the problem | The "service air bag" light came on in my car a few months ago. I recently got it in to get it serviced at a chrysler dealership where they ran diagnostics and said that a harness needed to be replaced in my vehicle which would cost around $2500. The person at the dealership also said that it was a potential safety issue. I, unfortunately, do not have the means to get this repair. My warranty is up as well. The car is only four years old with less than 30,000 miles on it. I did not get into an accident that would have caused the airbags to deploy or do any other significant damage to my vehicle. |
