Description of the problem | Most of the time the car is stationary and upon cold start. Car has an "extended start" and then stalls. Car sometimes runs ruff and has stalled while in gear. Once while i was driving all of the electrical on the console (a/c, touch screen and all knobs) stopped working. Had to pull over, turn car off and on then drive home with stereo and ac blasting because none of the controls worked. Not on the console or steering wheel. Vehicle has been back to the dealer a dozen time for the same problem with no fix. I have filed complaints with chrysler. Right now their solution is "the next time it does it, don't try to restart it. Just call and have it towed." your options below ask when this happed. It has happened every few days since i bought the car on 3/13/2015 but you only give me the option of picking one date. |
