Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. While driving various speeds, the transmission erroniously switched to the neutral position. The vehicle suddenly lost power and reduced speed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the failure was due to a faulty battery.
