Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. While driving 45 mph, the speed reduced and the engine stalled without warning. The vehicle was in the middle of the road when the failure occurred. The contact restarted the vehicle after ten seconds and was able to drive normally. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 15v470000 (electrical system). The vehicle was taken to the dealer (milton ruben chevrolet, 3514 washington rd, augusta, ga 30907), but the contact did not know what was diagnosed or replaced. The vehicle was repaired. After one week of the recall repair, the failure recurred several other times. The same dealer was contacted and stated that the contact had to pay for the repair. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown. |
