Description of the problem | When i turn my car off at night, my dash backlighting remains on 4 hours if not indefinitely. Also, the car will occasionally go from a normal reading to overheating on the instrument panel and it will remain overheating only on the panel for a few minutes before going back to normal again. The car has no other indications that it is overheating. There is no smell of antifreeze. The heat continues to work normally. There is no visible steam or other indication that the car actually does overheat. It appears to be a electrical anomaly. Lastly, the top half of my rear window defrost is no longer working. My car has 48000 miles on it and has been garage its whole life. |
