Description of the problem | Twice in the last two days, the car engine has shut off on its own while in motion, and the "vehicle at too high speed" flashed on my dashboard as it asked me to put it in park to restart the vehicle. Imagine if i was on the highway going 65 with cars all around me! An accident, possibly deadly, would have occurred! I have a 7 year old child, and this car is putting us both in danger. I didn't pay for a death machine, i paid for a working vehicle that is supposed to keep me and my family safe. This hits all of the qualifications of needing to have a recall issue, as i've seen at least 20 other complaints about this issue on carcomplaints. Com. How many people have to be affected/injured/killed for this to get fixed? |
