Description of the problem | It seems to happen more in the morning when my car has been idle for a few hour. On sharp turns or abrupt braking in the city my chrysler 200 2015 will stall. First, the electrical warning light will go off along with a bell warning sound and then the car will stall. I will then have to coast to the side of the road (with no power), stop the car, engage the dial to park and press the ignition button with the brake pedal down again. When i do this, the starter will struggle to start, but after 8 second the engine will turnover. The problem seems to be occurring more now. The problem started happening at 58,000 miles and now i am at 70,000 miles. |
