Description of the problem | The low beams are blocked by assembly and in order to get them pointed high enough to do any good the high beams dont work correctly. This occurs at all times. If pointed at a wall you can cycle between high and low beams and the low beams show up as a if you were covering half of a normal headlight with a book. |
