Description of the problem | I have a 2015 chrysler 200c with a 9 speed transmission, i have reported to chrysler and the selling dealer that the transmission when down shifting from 6th to 5th gear and 5th to 4th gear actually stays engaged and continues to pull the car along to the point tahe brakes have to be applied to slow the car down no help has been given to correct this issue except to be to;d that a lot of complaints have been registered to the dealer and chrysler corp. I am very concerned that left un-repaired it will cause a accident however i was also told by a dealer rep that chrysler knows a problem exists but doesn't know how to correct the issue i think this should be looked into before a serious accident occurs. |
