Description of the problem | Transmission shifting issues on 1st gear and when downshifting this is a known problem even in the dealership the mechanics said this is a recall in progress but no website not even mopar shows this recall; it is a known issue and chrysler is evading it. I have taken my car there twice and they do nothing and tell me to wait for the recall letter; it is unacceptable. The car will over rev and shift abruptly taking off or downshifting i feel like i will hit another car one of this days or have an accident. See attached files i have contacted mopar and the dealership twice with no results. |
