Description of the problem	On multiple occasions i have been driving down the road and my car shifts very hard and has made grinding noises. Not only that but ever since i have bought it, it shifts like a rubber band being pulled back and makes you lunge forward. I believe i have taken it in 3 times now and with no resolution. The first time i took it in they had a service rep ride with me to see what i was feeling. He personally said that it wasn't shifting correctly and so they kept it. When i picked it up they informed me they did not find anything wrong with it but re-programmed it. As i left the dealership it shifted worse than before. I then called and complained and they said it was normal, on my way back home it was consistently shifting rough. I finally just pulled over shut the car off and started it up again. After doing so it shifted smoother but worse than it did before. On a separate occasion i was driving down the highway at a speed of 70 mph set on cruise when i tried to disengage the cruise control function and it would not disengage! I was going from a highway to a speed limit change and could not get it. Luckily i have read about this happening and shifted it into neutral and i was able to disengage it after that.
