Description of the problem | My husband drives this vehicle primarily on the freeway to and from work 5 days per week. He states that the vehicle will loose all acceleration and shut down upon trying to merge onto freeway requiring the vehicle to be shut off. I have checked the kbb database for any such recalls for this make & model and there is one for this issue; however, our specific vehicle comes up as not part of this recall. What can we do from here since this appears to be the same reported recall. This has been happening for the past week or so. |
