Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. The contact stated while driving 35 mph, the vehicle started to shake, loss motive power and stalled. The vehicle was towed to the residence after the vehicle failed to restart. The tow truck driver was then able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with the transmission needing to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact also stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated 30 days after purchasing the vehicle. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 133,000. |
