Description of the problem | Passenger claimed to be buckled in when vehicle hit another at a 90 degree right angle. The impact was at low speed and the other vehicle was stopped. Passenger claimed he was bending over texting at the time of the impact and that he hit his head on the interior side of the windshield. The impact was right front of the chrysler 200 into the left front of a 2005 hyundai. Hyundai was stopped, chrysler was on the brakes. Air bags did not deploy in either vehicle. Damage to chrysler ~ $1,000, damage to hyundai ~ $2,500. Passenger sought emergency room help post accident with head injury. |
