Description of the problem | While backing into a driveway the brakes made a loud screech/grinding noise and did not stop as it normally would have causing me to almost back into another vehicle. Chrysler has attempted to repair the vehicle multiple times and the vehicle continues to randomly make this sound and fail to stop normally. The dealership claims that the brakes are performing normally and besides the screech there is no problem with the vehicle. |
