Description of the problem | 2015 chrysler 200 have had nothing but trouble with the car since purchase. Transmission runs very rough, car jerks, shifts gears unexpectedly, engine shuts off while driving. 9/29/17 engine shut off while driving and car hit a curb. Have taken to the dealership over and over and they say nothing is wrong with the car and have not noted in my file that i have complained about transmission problems. Was contacted by chrysler engineers that were doing a study on the transmission problems and wanted me to test drive a newer model to compare. They admitted chrysler knew about problems with this model but have been unable to get chrysler to admit or buy back the vehicle |
