 Description of the problemI noticed the passenger side floor was getting wet, i pulled up the carpet and noticed pooled water. I took vehicle to dealer. They ran water over vehicle and water continued to pool on passenger side floor. Dealer thought it might be drainage issues or heater core. Neither was correct. I was told there is an issue with seams and welds coming apart but dealer not responsible since vehicle at 36992 miles. There is a tsb and star case open on issue. Star case number is s1623000004. Release date for this case is 11/14/2017. The tsb is for chrysler 200's for '15-'16 model year sold in nafta and apac markets built on or before july 5, 2016. The tsb was dated september 27, 2016. The number is 23-045-16.
