Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. While driving 65 mph, the rpm meter displayed incorrectly, the cruise control independently engaged, the digital compass displayed the incorrect direction of travel, and the gps failed to operate. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures and advised the contact to schedule an appointment with the local chrysler dealer for diagnostic testing and repairs. The dealer was not notified because the contact felt he would not be treated fairly. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 37,000. |
