Description of the problem | The dash board has been showing since 2017 -2018 "service airbab systeem with the red airbag sign lit. The sign comes and goes. It has been taken to dealers 3 times and not corrected. Chrysler has been called at the 18008531403 number. Now the dealer want to charge me since it is 2,ooo miles over warranty for this defective vehicle. The build date of this vehicle is august 18, 2015. There was a recall with same issue for build dates april 7, 2014 to august 3, 2015. This is unfair since this car was buiilt during the time . A recall is necessary on these cars too! This is a safety hazard for my family. The cost should be born by chrysler. |
