Description of the problem | Tl* the contact's son owned a 2016 chrysler 200. The contact stated that while her son was crossing an intersection at 35 mph, a drunk driver ran a red light which caused her son to t-bone the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The contact's son was treated at the scene for bruises to his chest and upper left shoulder but he was not taken to the hospital. The whereabouts of the other driver were unknown as he was arrested at the scene of the accident. The contact was uncertain if a police report was filed. Due to the accident, the vehicle towed to an independent mechanic where an assessment on the vehicle had yet to be determined. The manufacturer nor the dealer had yet to be notified of the failure.
