Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 chrysler 200. While driving approximately 40 mph, the vehicle stalled and the battery indicator illuminated. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road and waited approximately five minutes. Once the vehicle was restarted, a chime sounded and the vehicle resumed normal operation. The contact stated that the failure occurred daily for approximately three weeks. The vehicle was taken to burns motors (1300 us-83 bus, mcallen, tx 78501) to be diagnosed, but they were unable to replicate the failure. The manufacturer was not notified. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000. |
