Description of the problem	Hartman motors has always been reluctant to do recall repairs. On recall number 98v184000, i had to take the car back after having the repairs done, because of fuel fumes inside the car. Hartman motors tried to charge me for fixing the leaks in the fuel injectors untill i showed them the recall printout from mhtsa where it stated that they had to replace the 'o' rings also. I offered to call nhtsa to request clairifition on this matter. Hartman service told me that it wasn't necessary to call as they would repair the injectors at no cost to me. With this latest recall (# 99v184000), i have made two appointments to have the repairs done and both times hartman has canceled after i showed up at the appointed time. The first time they said that they ran out of the parts needed... The second time they said that they had the part, but the tool needed to install it was broken. I received no phone calls prior to the appointment time. I would appreciate some help in getting hartmen motors to do the right thing for its service customers. *ak
