Description of the problem	I believe that my situation is identical to an issue that chrysler has already recalled, but i was told by the service at the chrysler dealership today that my car is not included in that recall. I was driving down the road, had to stop at a stop light, light went green i moved forward at 10ish mph to take a right hand turn, as i was turning my minivan lost all power. The car literally shut off while i was driving. I tried to pull off to the side of the road and break. The car system indicated to me to put the car in park and restart the car. I did so, when attempting to turn the car back on the car stuttered a bit but then successfully turned on. I was able to drive home. I drove the car to the dealership this morning. I expressed extreme concewrn that this issue was the same as the one that was in the news about many 2017 chrysler pacificas. They did not even seem to be aware of the recall which seemed shocking given the issue. And when i pressed they said since they couldn't replicate the issue and it was not a car identified in the recall that there was not much they could do. I escalated the issue to the manager and am waiting to hear back. I am very nervous about driving the car now, i had my 3 young children in the car when the issue occurred. If they refuce to fix it based on my discussion with them i am not sure what my next steps are supposed to be.
