Description of the problem | The first time i drove the vehicle it almost stalled making a left into oncoming traffic. The auto start stop was shut down by me at the next intersection. Then the start stop light came on the warning system display. I have had problems with the auto start stop system from first day of ownership and has been to the dealer 4 times with about 350 miles on it. Another time the vehicle had to be towed to the dealer as it would not start at all and the dash said service shifter. I have asked the dealer to replace the car and they said they will ask chrysler, as i bought it for my wife and she is afraid to drive it. It is the touring l model. I have had two different loaner pacificas without auto start stop, with no issues. I requested the regional representative call me about this safety issue on a survey form but no response. |
