Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 chrysler pacifica. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds the vehicle experienced unintended vehicle acceleration. Additionally, while accelerating from a stop, the emergency parking brake independently activated which caused the vehicle to come to an abrupt stop. Additionally, while at a stop light, the economy fuel feature malfunctioned which the engine to not automatically restart when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The vehicle also had experienced electrical malfunctions which caused failures to the wind shield wipers and the door would not lock.
