Description of the problem | We purchased the vehicle at a local dealership in july 2017. In august, vehicle lost power steering communication unexpectedly. Dealership was able to restore power steering, however, they were not entirely sure of the cause. In october, the vehicle lost electrical communication and was stuck on a busy highway off-ramp after stopping at a stop light. We were unable to move the car for 30 minutes. Dealership unable to determine the cause and advised us that the car company said they needed to give us the car back. The car has been in the shop for a total 22 of days and nothing was fixed the second time to prevent this from happening again. |
