Description of the problem | In the past week on 3 separate days, when making a slow turn on a city street, the car will not accelerate for several seconds and then suddenly slams very hard into gear. It caused my children to scream when it happens because it's so jarring. This is extremely dangerous, as the person behind me almost rear ended me each time when this happens! It is a very scary experience and should not be happening on a 2 year old car with only 15k miles! I'm afraid to drive it now. I'm bringing it in to the dealer next week but i've already read of people with similar experiences and the dealer saying "sorry we can't recreate it so don't know what's going on". Chrysler needs to look into this issue asap. It's a very scary and dangerous situation that should not be happening on a new car! |
