Description of the problem | The van will sporadically not respond to acceleration between 15-20 mph and will suddenly jerk rather vigorously. It feels very unsafe especially when rear traffic is fast approaching. I have read countless complaints of this same exact issue with this van in various different forums and websites. Owners contacting chrysler and dealerships with no positive outcome. We justly need an investigation. |
