Description of the problem | Back in november 2017, my family and i were driving 70mph on the freeway and the car's dashboard light all turned on and started blinking. The car lost power forcing me to quickly pull over and avoided another car from colliding. The service lights turned on. I turned of the ignition and turned it back on. I took the car to the dealership the following day. They ran a diagnostic test but could not pull any codes of the incident. I saw the recall announced a couple of days ago. I contacted chrysler and was informed that the fix for this recall will not be available until 2nd quarter of 2018. I do not feel safe driving this car, especially with my kids on board. We purchased this car for its safety rating, now we are driving a death trap. |
