Description of the problem | Chrysler dealership is apparently claiming to make repair for the sudden stalling recall, without doing the work. On mopar. Com it shows i had an update for this on jan 11, 2018. I had an appointment for an oil change that day, but i canceled it and haven't been in since. There is no way they updated my van then or later, since the vehicle wasn't there. Yet nhtsa shows no open recalls on my vehicle, and mopar shows the recall work done on a day that is impossible. |
